   山西省醇醚清洁燃料行业技术中心，是经省经委、省国税局、省地税局、太原海关批准，经省醇汽办认定由山西华顿实业有限公司牵头，联合同行业优势企业和大专院校共同成立的省级行业技术中心。该中心被国家标准化管理委员会列为“全国醇醚燃料标准化技术委员会”秘书处单位，承担国家标准和行业标准的规划、制定、组织和协调。 
  公司正在建设的醇醚燃料研发检测中心大楼占地12.5亩，建筑面积5万平方米，地处太原国家高新区煤化工研发基地。该中心的建设，汇集了华顿公司多年来科研成果及产业化示范优势、山西省醇醚清洁燃料行业技术中心及行业技术联盟的技术支持和社会支持、建立新型能源和工业基地的政策支持、高新区的环境支持等。建成后的研发检测中心大楼集科研办公、研发实验、改装试验、燃油性能检测等多种功能，可成为全国一流的煤化工醇醚清洁燃料研发监测中心。为行业发展提供技术平台与技术支持，为山西省及全国煤基醇醚燃料的技术创新和产业化发展提供技术保障。
